Rating: 4 Grease Stains = Excellent "Everything is kinda neat about Gilley's. The building- it's is an old, wooden diner, shaped like an "L" with a curved wood roof. The guy working the grill, who plays the piano and makes lousy jokes. And the chili dog. Slopped high with chili and topped with onions. Gilley's has been doing all this since 1912." |
